Tried an in between seaside, so not for display in the living room, and I guess that's what never motivated me to the full, together with using a too small canvas.
Little to say about this but please be easy on the base colors, NOT too much liquid clear (my clouds are crying!) and please take a descent size of canvas (I used a 10"x12").
Personally, I would not have painted an evergreen on top of that cliff.
Better work next time!
Yes Heather, this pic was taken minutes after it was finished. I already had huge suspicion something was wrong with the clouds.
Well, as you know it is ruined completely and will be recycled soon.
But .... I still have this great picture as a memory! 😊

Don't sell yourself short Voy! You really are quite talented. I am guessing this is the "before" photo of your weeping clouds? I still stand by my end-of-world statement. I believe those clouds were a happy accident.
