I am a 44yo (as of 2024) man from Australia who is just now trying to paint for the first time. I was watching The Joy of Painting online a lot late last year and I guess Bob is pretty convincing when he says "you can do it." I have been watching tutorials from Paul Ranson, Bram Bevins and Ryan "Wild" on Youtube to get as many tips as possible.
