First painting of a trilogy painting on a wooden board, to be used as a decorational cover above the microwave in our kitchen.
The three Ross recreations to be used for this were carefully chosen upon color scheme and subject value.
Wooden multiplex board 6"x24", prepared with wooden primer, white gesso and liquid white.
The cabin was not painted since it would not fit with the adjacent painting. The evergreens were pretty easy to do although I had lots of trouble to camouflage the barks somewhat due to the fact that no highlighting was done on the trees.
The entire trilogy board will be uploaded after all three recreations are uploaded.
Thank you Linzee, cheers like yours always motivate me to search new challenges!

I just checked out the trilogy together. It's beautiful. Well done.
