At the moment I really have very small
Time windows.Most of you know why and because I haven't painted anything for some time and to create some distraction, I decided relatively quickly to bring something on the canvas.Not super complicated but I tried to get the lightness of summer back with this morning beach scene of a surf spot.I divided it into two sessions. Sky and palm trees after that the silhouettes /stencils that I plotted with the Cricut joy. There are also more colors than usual. Royal blue, violet, permanent orange, magenta, mauve, and other (screenshot is below.)I mixed titanium white with each color to get the super soft effect.I hope you like it and you can take the feeling with you into the day.
Canvas 24 x 30 cm (9,45 x 11,80 Inch) 2x white gesso grinded 240/400,liquid white .Time overall 2,5 hours,Vertorize stencils and plot 1.5 hours.

I've heard of the brand "Cricut", but never really known what they do. I might have to look into them if they can make stencils this detailed.
Hi Regan, I have the Cricut joy . Sharp templates under 1 cm. Whether font, figures, logos and no matter what material. Vinyl, paper, cardboard, heat transfer foil etc. Small, mega precise and not too expensive here in Europe👍🏼🇩🇪
