Another mountain summit.
I did this a long time ago, so I couldn't paint evergreens very well then .
I cut out the masking paper irregularly and made it like this.
Never mind the evergreens Jin, those mountains and reflections of yours rock as usual!
And what a great idea for edging your painting like this! It's like nature itself bit some chunks out of it! Superb effect!!
Dear Tom
Here in Japan, where we don't have a custom of decorating paintings at home, oil paintings are all more expensive than watercolor paintings. I think this is a major factor.
Dear my friend Voy
Thanks a lot . I am very happy to see your nice comment .
Jin, I am always very excited to see you post something new. I love all of your paintings, and you (along with several other active painters on this site) keep me motivated in my quest to learn and improve. And I absolutely LOVE how you cut out the contact paper. What an incredibly unique idea.

Dear Tom 0779
Thank you for your nice comment.
While watercolors are very popular in Japan because of the influence of TV show, Oil paintings are not very popular.
