Evening Seascape

So I usually like doing the black canvases, but this is definitely my least favorite so far for season 4. Not my best work. I had a hard time with this one. I made a lot of not so happy accidents, including not having enough room on the bottom to do a reflection. I almost chucked it to start over again, but decided to fix it as much as possible, which I don't usually do. And that's only because I liked the way my sky turned out, but it was downhill from there, lol. I ended up scraping out the first rock and starting it all over again. I also ended up making the pine trees with my palette knife because they just weren't coming out with the brush. I definitely need to work on my seascapes as well as my silhouette rocks which I have difficulty seeing how he does it on the episodes. Next time I will highlight them more than he says so they have more definition. Also, I decided not to use the yellow in it, because I wasn't crazy about the yellow in it, and I felt like it was enough of a mess as it is, lol.
