I thought I would take a shot at this one. It turned out to be a lot harder than I thought it would be. Part of the problem is that Bob‘s tutorial on this seascape is different than his later ones. I just found this one a lot harder to follow and duplicate his methods.

Actually, just as an addendum to my initial comments, this photograph is not particularly good. The picture actually looks a lot better in person. For some reason, probably the overhead lighting, it looks very grainy.
