In order to practice elements that I am weak on, I wanted to paint something with a mountain way in the background, and a foreground that allowed me to add a variety of bushes/shrubs/rocks. 'Graceful Mountains' fit the bill perfectly for what I wanted to practice.
I am pleased with everything in this painting (well, maybe not so much for the light green tree on the left), and this painting was so much fun to paint.
On a side note, I am realizing that I enjoy the painting process much more when I take my time, paint in spurts, and stretch out a painting over 3 days. I just have to make sure I paint the parts that need a wet-on-wet surface before the liquid blending medium dries.
Photo does not do the painting justice. 18" x 24" canvas. As always, your comments (especially suggestions) are desired and welcome.

Great work Tony. That light green tree isn't bad.
