Frozen Beauty in Vignette

Ninoum 22 May 2023

So relaxing to do a BR recreation!!! After a back-2-back of Kevinโ€™s tutorials, it felt like butter in the pan. Lol!

I always wanted to do this one to learn how to do a vignette. Super easy and love the effect. My canvas is a 16x20โ€. I ran out of space a tad. I made it work.

lovely winter scene Nancy!

So pretty Nancy. Great shades of blue.

Beautiful as always

Such a great painting! Must be a cake walk compared to Kevin Hill! Especially love the little wooden walkway!

Thank you Jessie. At first, I didnโ€™t know what I was painting (walkway) until I stepped back. ๐Ÿ˜†

Thank you B! ๐Ÿ˜€

Thank you my friend! ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ˜Š

Grazie Pietro! โ„๏ธ

Thank you Tomi! I used a combination of phthalo blue & Prussian and black + a baby hair of phthalo green in different proportions to get those shades of blue. Bob doesnโ€™t use Prussian but for the 4 corners of the canvas.

Thank you very much Cold! โ›„๏ธ

Thank you much Pam! It was the โ€œbest piece of cakeโ€ I could have today! Lol!

Hah we are posting the same episode at the same day. Looks nice overall. Well done.

Thank you Tom! Great minds create alike! ๐Ÿ˜

So well painted Nancy, looks lovely, cheers
