I made this painting into a keepsake box for my daughter. Working on a small surface definitely has challenges...but still fun.

I have something in mind, yes. Unfortunately, I just finished another African one before almost going into exile for a few weeks since tomorrow, a brand new roof will be placed over my house and I will participate with that Hercules' task! :)

Small areas are indeed tough challenges, one needs a very steady hand there! You did awesome with those boxes, what a great idea to do this and it tempts me to have a go at such project too!
