This was my first that included a cabin. Also, in my opinion, the first time I started to understand "painting individual bushes."
Thank you! As I recall, I dragged the bristles through in one direction, flipped the brush and did the normal method. I think I used some liquid white to make the application very touch-sensitive. I think I had just realized at that point that Bob kind of rotates the brush both clockwise & widdershins to make individual brush shapes. That's the part I really struggle with the most!
Ah yes, good old liquid white. I keep forgetting to use it. Think I might try the round brush and tap. I've been putting it off as it's so big, even the small one.

Those bushes do look fabulous. How on earth did you get so much detail into them? I understand the concept of individual bushes but find it difficult to achieve. I've been using the 1 inch brush, loading it exactly like Bob does and trying to apply it like he does with the rounded end up and pushing, but mine always end up looking like hydrangeas. If you did use the 1 inch brush it looks like you've been using it the opposite way up and have got some tapping going on?
