This one is the first Bob Ross painting on a black canvas I tried. Had some issues of my paint tacking up down the line but it didn't matter much for this one. Also I covered up a painting I didn't like with this one, which made finishing it even more satisfying!
Edit: Totally forgot to mention I put in a little stream instead of a path. So yeah, I did that!

I like the meandering stream. If you hadn't told us, I would have assumed Bob put it in as well. Great job!

I use a mix of golden open acrylics, open thinner and retarder to mix an acrylic liquid color (Sap green in this example) as a base coat. It usually stays wet for at least an hour before it begins getting tacky, that depends on the kind of acrylics I use to blend and how much paint I put on top. Took me some tries to figure out but has been working well for me since then!
