Oil on canvas | 11”x14” | I decided to try Gamblin’s solvent-free fluid medium and am so impressed with it. I’ve been trying to paint solvent-free for a few months, but was frustrated by the long drying times without solvent. This solvent-free medium works great.
Thanks, Sunnylady! The medium is a mix of safflower oil and an alkyd (soybean, I believe). I assume the alkyd helps speed up the drying time some.
Thanks! I was wondering that I did not see glare with my assumption.

What is inside of that medium? Sounds like stand linseed oil?
Great painting and awesome colors!
