Oil on canvas | 11”x17” | This is based on a photo I took a few years ago. My goal with this painting was to juxtapose the vibrant view of the outdoors in contrast to the more mundane hues of the house. The actually had two symmetrical chairs in real life, but I thought the painting was more visually interesting with just one.
