No tutorial found for this lovely painitng from Bill, it's not a very complicated one so I tried to paint it using a picture of Bill's original and Tom's reproduction he uploaded some time ago and he gave some helpful hints about the colors he used, on wallpaper 40 x 30 cm, I struggled the most with the extension of the building, it did not look right, but now I can live with it.
