This was a xmas gift for my in-laws. It is one of my favorite paintings I have done, satisfied with both the process and end result. The old barn wood frame really completes the painting IMO.

Hi - did you read my request to allow the Hospices to use your work all year round rather than just for Christmas cards as, due to the Covid-19 epidemic, they were unable to create the website in time? I’m sure your in-laws loved this! My favorite part of this painting is your foreground birch tree. It looks lovely, and the shadows under it do as well.
