This is my 112th painting since starting on Feb 1, 2022. I looked back to see what I painted for my 12th painting, 100 paintings ago. It was The Grandeur of Summer.
So I decided to paint it again to see where I am now skill wise, compared to then. I have attached my version for 1 year ago also. I actually painted this 3 times in a row when I was just starting out, hence this is my 4th version. I took advantage of my artistic license to change the foreground a bit. I went simpler than the original because I wanted to try something new for the foreground grass.
18" x 24" canvas. As always, your comments (especially suggestions) are desired and welcome.

You have come along way, that should be a challenge for everyone to look back at the 1st painting they did and see how much they have improved.
The mountain, bushes, trees and even reflections are different
