Desert Glow

Voy Kay 07 Sep 2021

Second time I painted this one and although it is part of a larger canvas, I still took about all of the original into consideration. I made the rock smaller, there are less clouds, I added a tree and I went softer with most colouring, with good result I believe and that for one hour of painting only.

This creation also illustrates what I thought before and that is that it does not need an oval, or any similar frame, to really stand out. Bob could have easily made this one without contact paper as well.

Have a try!!

Thanks FVG, the pink overtone really did work here, although together with orange, it is my least favourite color!
