I am having fun doing BR in watercolors, these are 7" X 10" . Ido them quickly. fun getting back into watercolors. I use watercolor cakes, and watercolor crayons.

Very cool! I love the pops of color you used in the foliage. I’m attempting some of these paintings in watercolor too — it’s a bit tricky to unlearn Bob’s “you have to have dark in order to show light.” Obviously, you still use darks in watercolor, but I kept catching myself blocking in shapes with dark colors and then hoping I could lighten it up enough later.
