On canvasboard 24x30 cm winton/vangogh oil. As far as I know the only painting Bob Ross paints the mountains with a brush.

Indeed, never knew this was done with brushes only.
It got my attention now, maybe I'll give this one a try myself! And hope my mountains will look as outstanding as yours!
