This was number 13 for me, based on Bob's "Evening Waterfall." I wanted a companion piece to my interpretation of "Silent Forest," something on a black canvas with a blue-green forest background. I took a few creative liberties with this one and had some difficulty with the waterfall itself. I ran out of Ross paints and bought a few W&N paints, but they're a bit too creamy, so they don't stick like the Ross brand paints, particularly the white.
This was painted on a 16x20 canvas that I previously painted with 2 coats of flat black acrylic and added masking tape to the edges.

I love your textures: the grass looks light and soft, very inviting & the tactical tree bark catches the light beautifully. I also like the way the background trees almost dance. The water also flows perfectly ( I usually over work those waterfalls!)
