Well I've done it but I'm not happy. I think it's going to be a while before I get back on this horse.
Thank you scooter, kind of you to say that. I used a black canvas so it's starting to dull down a bit as it's drying out so it's a bit more pleasing. I've realised that not having painted for a while I've sort of lost my brush and knife skills, I've forgotten how much paint to load up and how much pressure to use. It's knocked my confidence a bit. I'll just have to practice, without bobs videos unfortunately, we can no longer seem to get them here in the UK.
Absolutely, keep going!. You've certainly got a talent. We're able to watch Bob on you tube thankfully. He really makes me feel as though I could do it hahaha. Once we've had the homeschool moderator visit I may well have a go myself 😁
And he does it so quickly too! Wouldn't it be great to have him back again.
Sure would. Perhaps his boy could take over one day haha. I think I remember Bob saying Steve didn't like to paint unless he needed money, but perhaps as he's grown older he'd like to carry on his dads legacy that means so much and inspires so many people. Hehe
I believe he has done that already and has made a name for himself. Bob would be proud.
I love this
Thank you randomwny, much appreciated.

Oh, it's lovely! Don't beat yourself up. Keep going. It's a delightful painting, with delightful colours and somewhere I can imagine going and sitting and being at peace and being revived. It's just lovely. 👍👍 Juanita, Taits mum
