A little bright, but I had fun with it!

This is really nice. Nice choice of color for the highlights on both the mountain and the foreground dirt. It really gives off the illusion that this is end of day.

Thank you lightsnow. Bob selected excellent colors for this one.

This is great painting here! Beautiful far away mountain and water and sky!

Middle mountain range is very dark. It breaks the composition by being just a black spot. I hope it is problem with a photo. But if not, think a bit if you would like to glaze it with light purple tone. Glazing is only after it is dry. May be in two weeks. If you decide to try take linseed oil as your media. Mix purple and make it quite liquid with linseed. And then gently apply on the top and remove the excess of the paint with a piece of old cotton t-shirt. It will keep just right amount on the canvas. But this is in case you also see middle mountain range is darker than foreground dark.

Sunnylady, I agree with you on the dark middle mountain. I followed Bob on this one and it was his idea 😂. I do like your glazing idea and thank you so much for the how to as it is something I have not tried.
