I'm not sure I fully understood what the glow was supposed to be like going into this and I also didn't set up the canvas with dark sienna in the foreground (spoiler alert: Bob doesn't mention it until later in the episode). That's okay though, it was fun and that's what counts!

Thank you both! I appreciate it! Thinking back on my first several attempts, I think I am s-l-o-w-l-y getting more control over what I'm doing. Lately it doesn't feel as much like things could spin out of control at any minute (though they probably can!).

I had no idea a true professional commented on my painting! This has inspired me for my next one. The mountain the moss the trees but especially the rock work is really good!
