Did it in oil pastels on a piece of P400 purple sand paper. Rather inexpensive but worked nicely. I can layer oil pastels on the sand paper much better than on sketch paper. This was my second Bob Ross. Enjoyed every minute of it. I felt excited and amazed when watching it through the first time. Then I gathered materials and started. Kept rewinding until a part is done. I believe these would help improve landscape photography too. His composition and color choices are so intriguing.
