My first attempt at an "oval" painting. I did this along with a class led by a CRI. I struggled with the lower part of the background sky, so I added some extra trees over that happy little accident area. I really enjoyed making those huge trees and adding the light pink highlights all around. My cabin got a little tall on me, so let's just rename this: "Barn In the Hollow" :-)

The background trees were a good fix. I had trouble with the same sky area when I did mine, I thought mine looked a bit odd but I just left it. I like the way you did your path and fence.
I usually don’t like ovals, but this one looks good.
