12"x16". My first painting. Got the BRI Master Kit as a birthday gift, and gave the included QR code video a shot. Because of the smaller sized canvas, I wound up using the 1" brush in most situations where the instructions called for the 2". I'm really surprised how well it turned out, but there's a lot of room for skill improvements. Like, getting the white of the clouds to stick and not instantly blend out was awfully hard, the reflections wound up muddier than I wanted, and the dark regions in the leftmost landmass got lost so there's hardly any separation between the bushes.
Nice work, if you should choose even smaller formats, you will notice that even the 1 inch brush will be difficult. But from my own experience I can tell you you don't have to paint everything with BR equipment. There are alternatives. In this respect, test everything on material.ππΌπ©πͺ
Good job and as Jon mentioned if you want your cloudscape to pop with bright white in areas then donβt add color to the magic white in those areas. Brother Dirkβs comment is spot on too! Nice job π

Welcome aboard! The fun part? There will always room to improve! To get the clouds to resist picking up too much blue, leave some areas unpainted, then use plenty of Ti white and twirl in with a fan brush with good pressure. (I had lots of trouble with that early on.)
