Whew. That was harder than I thought it was going to be. Good practice, though. I need to keep working on branch shapes. Bob always mentions not throwing them in at random and thinking about the shape, but I don’t really know how to make them look like his.
I wanted to give on this one several times, but I’m glad I made it to the end.
Hello Lisa in SP! I’m a neighbor on the NW side of the cities (Maple Grove/Dayton). I like your painting. The green hue is cool and I love your little pond. Branches can be a bear. I like to keep the leaves to a minimum and step back a lot to see if they’re coming together right before I highlight.
