Had a problem with this canvas (dried before I could finish the sky). I think I managed to pull it off though. Added some bushes and the center tree just because I can.

First and foremost, this is really beautiful my friend! Your improvements are so fast! Proud of you!
Secondly, this happened to me a few times. I think I may know the culprit. Did you primed your canvas with 2 layers of gesso first? I never used to until I realized that if I did, my colors would NOT dry fast at all anymore. So I started to always primed my canvas 1st!

Nancy, I did use 2 coats of gesso which is why I'm so puzzled by this. When I look at the back today I can clearly see the mountains and trees absorbed into the canvas.
This came out very nice Tomi, even with the drying issues you described.
