This one is at the request of my Granddaughter. I have a very hard time with black canvas', I just can't see what's happening. I do see improvement from my first painting, but still a ways to go. Back to the painting board.
Nice
Thanks Niveck1971. Going to book mark your comment for reference.
I like this Tomi. This almost has a watercolor feel to me. I especially like your frontmost waterfall.
Thanks Tony. Wasn't quite sure what to do down there, so....
I like that purple hue of this one. Purple is one of my favorite colors.

This has a very moody atmosphere, I like it. Personally I love the black canvasses, mostly because my pictures are usually dark and moody! I find less is more with the black, leave space between the grass layers and use a mix of blue/yellow to make green shades and add white to the mix to show where your light is touching, interlace wit yellow ocre and yellows with the green and try to differentiate between shade and light. As for the sky's, Payne's grey, thalo blue and alizarin crimson mixtures ( with a little white to lighten them) will give stunning sky effects. 🎨🖌️👍
