Blue Winter

I used WAYYYYY too much liquid white for this painting. This is my third ever with the wet on wet technique and I am still struggling to get the quantity of liquid white correct. I did multiple passes with a clean brush, constantly taking the excess white off but could never get it thin enough. my paint breaks on the mountain definitely need work, and I could have left more shadow on the mountain but they do look better than my mountains in other painting I have done. my biggest happy accident, in my opinion, was the tree on the left. I had a cute little tree behind it that got completely covered and the tree that is there is uglier. It is all a learning experience, and I'm still new to this but I do think I am getting better!
