Making this was a true “Joy of Painting” moment!
What I struggled was putting the grass over the dirt/edges of the puddles. I decided to scrape off some of that dirt instead of fighting it with a mud mixing contest. It was a bliss to put the grass then.
Thx Pam! I really dont know how Bob does it. I may not have enough paint on my brush. I see he makes a good pile of the paint color he wants to use. I don’t nearly mix as much. It get expensive!
Looks great!
Thank you so much Tommy! ☺️
Looks great. Thinking of trying this one. Will be using a black canvas. Do you put on a layer of liquid clear before applying the green and blue to the canvas?
Thank you very much! I did but barely. I took a paper towel and took a lot off the canvas after the application.
You will really enjoy painting this one! Any chance you can post it when you’re done? Have fun!
Absolutely, just posted. Not as good as yours but I am quite happy with how it turned out. Thanks for the tip with the liquid clear!

Great job and super rain puddles! I agree ( and have done) sometimes you just gotta scrape some stuff off to make it better!
