Does he use liquid clear with his blue/green background color?

I find myself using more of the liquid clear on a lot of the black canvases. I'll be working on this one soon, so I'll find out and post it here.

I didn't use the liquid clear for this one. Bob doesn't use it on this one but sometimes I use it on the black canvases on the bottom when it's getting a little too dry by the time I get to the bottom of the canvas, but then I feel like the liquid clear makes it take longer to dry.
