I skipped the wooden frame and the black gesso part, but I liked the mountain scene, so I did a try. I used a different color for the hills, Bob was using blue for it. On canvasboard 24 x 30 cm.

I am 100% serious! The wooded frame is an interesting touch from Bob but I wasn't a huge fan of it. Without it, the painting pops so much more. So many amazing elements in your painting.
