Painted on a 16 x 20 canvas. This is my version of Valley View using a photo of the Virgin River on the Emerald Pool Trail in Zion National Park. I love how the background looks, but the foreground could be better. Getting the water in the river to look good was tough especially with the shadows in the photo which I tried my best to include.
