Well, in the stillness of my morning, I decided to paint along with Bob at his speed.
Much to my delight, I succeeded and finished this in some 25 minutes. I did pause for brushcleaning twice though since that happens a few rooms further in my house.
I gladly admit, this is far from a difficult painting where only one brush was used by Bob, together with a pallet knife.
Painting was created on a budget canvasboard 10"x12". Bob used a two inch brush only where I used a one inch because of the smaller size of canvas.
Most of all I like the water reflection and the foliage.
Tlp, most wonderful comment from you and VERY MUCH appreciated!
I had a wonderful time painting this although I was in full focus to follow Bob at his pace. It's something I could only do with a few creations of Bob, but glad I chose this one!
THANK YOU my friend, and till next one!
Guna, I'm crazy about that water! I didn't follow Bob 100% in that and so happy I did my own version.
Due to the speed of the painting, I had to be very careful with the bushes and much to my delight, the colors and figures did stand out!!
Great job on this Voy! Yes it’s a simpler one but as Bob would say it is effective! I love that you put in Bob’s photobombing tree too!
I really like this, love the greenery.
Thanks Brian! There are not many simple ones where Bob can be, more or less, easily followed in the same timing. Here I tried and succeeded but have to tell that I had soon the full episode already about one day before, so I knew more or less what was coming.
@Umagaan. Well, you wouldn't believe the trouble I had to do to distinguish a bot the colors! A very nice experiment though!
I like this one. My favorite parts are the 4 shrubs in the foreground. They look so real. The water and shoreline are also excellent. If I had to pick my fave large pine tree, it would be the large one in the center on the right side of the pic. I would be thrilled if I could advance to this skill level ;)
Thank you for your kind comment Tony!
Bushes hardly form a problem due to hundreds and hundreds of practice bushes, one worser then the other! Eventually one reaches the point where you hardly make big mistakes anymore and thus feel very confident with them. I use my own technique, which is one of Bob's, but he used several and I only use one or two.
I was happy this creation went well cause as you've read, this was done in some 25 minutes!

Fabulous Voy! I would prefer to look at your version than bob's. It's great. Your water is lovely, a very tranquil scene.
