I'm a reasonably talented musician who has always been terrified of painting, drawing, or of engaging in any non-auditory art form (where I have no natural ability...think bad stick figures). When I was first introduced to Bob Ross as an adult I was hooked immediately and tried my hand at two paintings. It was scary, but fun! Now that my wife BrittanyBair1985 and I are celebrating our second anniversary we're both dabbling again into the Joy of Painting along with our good buddy Bob and hoping that it will lead us to another shared hobby that we can enjoy for years to come. My goal is to be able to someday take our easel along on trips and paint the wonders of nature first hand.
