You are correct dear lady.
You definitely need the smaller, "traditional" paint brushes to do this one. I didn't use any of my Bob Ross brushes for this one or barely any of the BR paint. I used another set I have for other types of oil painting. I only used the BR paint for the base of the face and the background.
