A terrible day at work bled over to my evening painting. In concept,, this was a good thought. In execution, not so much. I detest the water color. Iβll probably add black into it tomorrow. The figure is good. The boat, not so much. Well they say two steps forward and one back! Iβll go forward tomorrow.
Thanks Dirk! Looking forward to seeing the knife!
I like the fishing scenes Bob, good job πͺπβοΈ
I know what you mean, I can't paint at all when I've had a bad day, and I've had a lot of those. I'm starting to feel better so I'm here all the time now looking for inspiration. But your painting does look decent, I really like that glow in the sky and your fishing character and his reflection in the water.
We all have a day or two like that - despite that, the painting looks really nice! I think you did an amazing job!
I think it is good. My goofyness is only drawn to the boat/fisherman. The windshield and console don't allow for the fisherman to move to the back or pilot the boat. Love the sky and shoreline. Good job!
Awesome!!
I hate it and redid it.
Nothing wrong with starting again, I found myself washing down rwo canvases recently, and nearly did it again yesterday. It really doesn't matter at all when you consider that for the most part painting makes you happy.

Good morning Bob, there are just days that nobody needs. I think the painting is as good as it is. Color of the water, sky, the entire mood. .The angler is top! ( Your knife is coming today according to USPS)ππΌπ©πͺπͺπΊπΈ
