Probably the most easy tutorial of this artist, but perfect to start with and to do a try using a fineliner and very cheap metallic watercolors. I was surprised by the effect it gives to the sky, especially when changing the light shining on the little painting, the orange color gives a golden glow when catching the light, on watercolor paper of 15 x 10 cm.
Second attempt was with some different colors, also very cheap watercolor paint, picture attached.

Thank you Sandy, Dirk and Cold!
Super detail on the cabin!
Thank you Bob, I also was surprised by the little details brought in on such a small painting.
I Love this a lot Jos! Your sky is stunning. Love your colors too! Watercolors is a different beast, and it really likes you!! Well done my friend!
Thank you Nancy, it surprised me too that without much effort an amazing sky with watercolors appears, maybe the clouds are better then I ever did in oil haha!
Hah, you are doing watercolors too? I did this episode years ago as well. Good job.
Thank you Tom, just some trials!
