In most of the cases when I think: what will I paint next? I get inspired by examples on this site. So from this Bill Alexander painting (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GxB6DLc7EpI) from which I saw an example the last the days I found 13 originals and mine is the next in the list. This painting was easier then expected and I learn from Bill every time it doesn't have to be perfect to be a nice painting. I like the colors in this one, the spectacular sky and the hungry birds looking for some fish to catch. On canvasboard 30 x 24 cm.
Great job Jos! I love this painting of Bill’s.
Many thanks Matt and Brain!
A beautiful version! And I agree...I like to be inspired here by other artists :). There are so many great versions of this one, I almost feel compelled to try! (I have only ever painted 1 other seascape/wave so I am "chicken" and avoid them lol)
Thank you Pam, I am sure you can make a beautiful version by yourself and you will love to paint seascapes!
Really beautiful!
Thank you Sandy!
Super seascape . Next year i try something like this . Great work
Thank you Dirk, painting seascapes means a lot of fun, especially this one.

Great version Jos! And exactly right saying Bill says it doesn't have to be perfect to be a beautiful painting. Especially this one as there is so much going on.
