Northern Lights in the Netherlands

If people are thinking about Holland, it will be about mills, tulips, chease and wooden clogs, but not about seeing the Northern Lights. This unusual phenomenon was the case last weekend with beautiful colors and movements in the sky. I was not so lucky to see it by myself and to take some pictures, but I have seen many on the internet. If I could not see it, I could try to paint it, with the learned techniques of Bob and Bill with above result on canvassheet 29 x 21 cm (A4 format). If you look very very carefully you can also see the planets Venus and Jupiter which could be seen close to each other (this was a very very happy accident).
