This is my recreation of Moonscape by Bill Alexander.
This was quite nice to do as it was quite simple but pretty. I tried to do some stars and a comet to the sky, but it just made me think that the focus from the moon is now gone, the moon was probably the hardest part for me because it just felt like the paint didn't like to stick to the canvas after all my efforts so it just blended to the sky in the end. I am quite pleased with the little cabin I made as it was the first one even though it is just a little one but nevertheles it is the first one I have done in my five month painting journey so far.
Thank you very much @Ninoum for sharing the tutorial with me 🙏.
This was painted on 40x50cm canvas.
Thank you.

Thank you Coldethel!
Lovely job creating a vignette effect with your moon glow. I like what you did in the sky. I really like how the painting almost looks like watercolors.
Thank you Pam! I didn't even thought about it that way, but really great to hear others opinions and aspects!
Great job Jim. I like it!
Thank you Tom! 😀👍
I looooove your version Jim! 😍 The colors are awesome! The stars/comet are great. I can see a nice haze in the sky where the moon hide behind leaving a faint brightness in the sky where it stands. Your cabin is perfect. Well done my friend! 🙌🏼
You are very welcome my friend. We have to thank Tom for sharing this one with me in the first place! 😊
