This is my recreation of Ancient cascades by Bill Alexander.
Good afternoon. Definitely not my greatest work, I still really liked doing this one, though it is way too bright at the middle. I decided to add a boat and an alligator there, no idea why but the boat is just being there.
I had done something else before on this canvas, but did not like it at all, so I just painted over it. Found these nice frames also, tried them with this painting, and most likely they are going to end up to a different painting as this one isn't one of my best works.
This was painted on a 50x60cm canvas.

Update on comp prep. Found one competition near me and signed up for it, I am going to be in different weight class as I intended, but thats okay 😀. Excited for it!
