I always got a great chuckle from Dona's hilarious cat paintings, so I wanted my tribute to make people laugh about the funny stuff cats do - like getting in boxes haha!
For those who don't know, the kitty cats in the box are all Pokemon - except for one LOL! (and the title is a play on words with the Pokemon slogan) The "real" cat is my son's. His cat does all of the goofy things Dona painted cats doing! This will be gifted to him and hopefully provide a daily laugh!
14x17 Colored pencils on 100 lb paper stock.

This is super cute. I noticed the real cat last and it made me laugh. I've never been able to figure out why cats love climbing into boxes but they all seem to love doing it don't they.

@TLP - my husband also saw the real cat last, and he laughed! An unintentional happy accident I guess...the way the eye moves around the painting until you see the "surprise" lol
