Another in my trees series. This one is based on a photo I saw at a client's home. I also did an underpainting in black and white gesso (sorry forgot a pic). Then went over it with liquid white/prussian blue (top to bottom) to create the foggy mist look before starting the foreground trees. Those flowers took forever lol!

Good thinking, using a black gesso underpainting for the foggy background.
Makes painting such a background and then the foreground on top of it a lot easier.

And I can imagine those flowers took a lot of time.
I love the shape of the tree.
