Painting #27 completed 5/16/23. My first Back lit deep Forest painting!!!! Proud of this one!!!! Over partial black and Grey gesso! 16x20. This was an absolute blast to paint! I felt these are kind of easier than doing mountains and mid ground, foreground etc! You just gotta focus on the scene in front of you. I can’t wait to paint some more of these! I might paint this again and go live on Facebook to do it!! Fishing stick is pretty easy to find in this one!! Enjoy!!!

love the color scheme, I also like the mix of red and green leaves on the closer trees
