“Chuck! Chuck, it’s Marvin. Your cousin, Marvin Berry. You know that new sound you’re looking for? Well, listen to this!”
Hi Voy, I knew I liked you before but even so now... a true BTTF fan!! I did in fact use black gesso for the outline and then filled the inside with liquid clear and any transparent color, in this case it was Indian Yellow and a little bit of Sap Green. I love the contrast of the top being pure yellow against black gesso, but not super thrilled with the green. I'm going to try again and experiment with different colors.
That's super, I know from experience (did several of those myself months ago) that such contouring is far from easy. excellent idea!
In fact, that shy green in the yellow doesn't disturb me at all, it's more flashy this way, as Marty would be!
Andy Warhol experimented with silhouettes in different bright colours, mighgt be worth to look that up and try on this silhouette.
Michael J Fox. He was a cutie in those films wasnt he! Great painting Vmehta, you know what it is straight away, no doubts whatsoever.
