I am behind on posting images. I have not posted paintings #20 - 24 yet due to crappy pics. Still trying to get the right camera settings to get better pictures.
This is my 25th painting in my Bob Ross experience and the first time I have painted on an 18" X 24" canvas.
As far as composition, I chose a few elements from various Bob Ross paintings and combined them with an image in my mind of a beautiful trout stream that I fished about 30 years ago on one of the finger lakes of New York State.
I am very excited by this painting as it is what I consider my best overall painting yet. BY FAR, this is my best mountains ever!!! I also really like the way the stream and border rocks turned out. I got a little carried away with the rocks because I was having so much fun painting them. I cheated and used small brushes to paint the majority of the rocks.
There is way more that I like about this painting than I dislike, which is a first for me :) In my heart I can feel my dad loving this painting.
On the 'need to improve side", I overcrowded the evergreen branches and I muddied up the leaf tree a bit. I will definitely be doing another version of this painting at some time.
As always, constructive comments are welcome and appreciated. Thanks for looking, I appreciate you all.

Beautiful painting. Great mountains and the painting overall has a lot of depth.
