Alpine Meadow - s32e08
This is the first painting I have done from Nic Hankins presentation of Joy of Painting - Season 32.
I completed this painting using only the picture in the season 32 book. I did not follow or read any tutorial info for this one. This is a really good painting to try if you want to work on BIG evergreen trees.
In my honest opinion, I think the composition is fine, but would be more appropriate on an 18 x 24 canvas. As a matter of fact, that is exactly what my next painting will be :)
